Warranty periods and warranty services are intended as a guide only and variations may occur.
The warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the first customer and is non-transferable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumables such as sealant, adhesive, gear oils etc.
The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, tampering or incorrect adjustment.
The warranty period is 1 year for all parts sold apart from the purchase of the original machine. For your machine warranty please refer to your sales documentation for information on the length and terms.
Claims for damage in transit must be received within 7 days of despatch.
All other Claims must be made within 28 days of the fault being found or the item being identified as being incorrect/no longer required.
Warranty DOES NOT cover labour costs or return carriage costs.
Parts returned as INCORRECT PART SUPPLIED or INCORRECT PART ORDERED must not show signs of fitting and be in original packaging**
Prior to crediting an incorrect part, we check to ensure that the correct part has now been supplied.
A handling charge of 20% is applied on all parts correctly supplied but NO LONGER REQUIRED.
**Postage and packaging will not be charged for the correct replacement in the case of INCORRECT PART SUPPLIED
